Hospitality Week plans to be action packed
Hospitality Week '95 will be an action-packed four days at the NEC Birmingham, from 23 to 26 January. The show's predecessor in 1993 increased attendance by 50% and next year's exhibition is expected to break that record.
The only exhibition dedicated to all aspects of the hospitality industry, Hospitality Week '95 has yet more business possibilities.
Hospitality Week is a one-stop shop for the industry. The Equipment Hall is a showcase for the latest developments and, incorporated into it is a Business Services section, providing information on training, marketing and public relations, financial services, telecommunications, property and recruitment services.
The Food and Drink section will feature a large range of products, along with tastings. New next year will be the Chef Speciality Food Village showing smaller, individual producers.
This year's very popular La Parade des Chefs will be back in a 100-seat restaurant with many top teams, changing daily, working out of the glass-walled kitchen. Also returning will be the Heart of England Salon Culinaire and all its competitions.
New will be the Interiors/Exteriors and the Technology Centre and the Catering Utensils Association Pavilion. An "Alternative Burns Night" on 26 January should round it all off and make the event one not to be missed.
