Houston pair building two Dublin hotels

Two hotels are being built in Dublin by the newly-formed Houston Investments at a cost of IR£18m (£13.8m).

The company is a partnership between Peter Stephenson, former managing director of Malta-based Corinthia Hotels, and Paddy Kelly, an Irish property developer who holds the franchise for 27 Choice hotels.

One of the hotels will have 200 bedrooms and the other 300. They will open next year.
