IFElaunching Scottish show

SCOTLAND is to have its own branch of the International Food and Drink Exhibition (IFE).
Organisers of the biennial London-based show, Montgomery Exhibitions, have teamed up with Scottish Industrial & Trade Exhibitions, which runs ScotHot, to launch the first show to be held between 4 and 6 April 2000.
The event, which is focused entirely on food, aims to bring together suppliers and Scottish-based distributors on the lookout for new products. It will also feature cookery demonstrations. Further information is available from the IFE Scotland team on 0131-556 5152 or 0171-886 3000.
