Jelly for dessert

New to the Nestlé FoodServices range is Rowntree sugar-free jelly. The range comprises five flavours - Orange, Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Lemon and Lime.
It is made from gelatine, citrus acid, natural colours and sugar-free sweeteners.
Rowntree jelly crystals come in resealable drums, and are available in 2 x 250g cases. Each tin makes 100 x 110ml portions, and is priced at approximately 3.5p per portion.
