Isle of Wight-based ice-cream maker Minghella uses natural ingredients from local farms in its ice-creams and sorbets. Among the new flavours in Minghella's 500ml tubs are luxury alcoholic cocktails such as mango vodka Bellini sorbet and clementine and Cointreau sorbet.
