Marinated chicken breasts

Grampian Foodservice has added two new varieties to its range of marinated chicken butterfly breasts. Thai-style chicken butterfly breasts are marinated in a blend of spices, including ginger, garlic and chilli.
Chargrilled chicken butterfly breasts are marinated in a chargrill seasoning and grill marked for an authentic appearance.
Other varieties in the range include: Garlic and Chilli; Honey and Mustard; Lemon and Pepper; Cajun; Garlic and Herb, and Plain.
Available in packs of 10 portions, and weighing 213g each, they can be grilled, griddled or oven-baked from frozen or defrosted.
