Massarella on expansion trail

Massarella Catering Group is stepping up its expansion drive with a number of new outlets opening this autumn.
The group opened two shopping mall sites at the end of last month. Food on the Gallery opened at Arcades, a new mall in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, with 200 seats and serving a traditional hot menu. The second opening, Massarella's Mall Café, was at the Arndale, in Luton, Bedfordshire.
A third café, the Massarella Coffee Shop, is due to open this month at Charter Walk shopping centre, Burnley, Lancashire. It will have 80 covers, with terrace seating.
