A fly-on-the-wall TV programme tracking the development of the new NHS menu will be shown on Channel 4 this month.
The menu was devised by Loyd Grossman and chefs John Benson-Smith, Shaun Hill, Michael Caines, Anton Edelmann, Eugene McCoy and Cyrus Todiwala.
The one-hour show, The Great Hospital Food Makeover, is scheduled for 8pm on 20 January.
