Midlands Chef of the Year 2005

It's time to enter this year's Midlands Chef of the Year competition.
At stake is the title, one of the most prestigious on the regional competition circuit, and the opportunity to win a cash prize of £2,000.
The closing date for entries is 6 April with semi-finals scheduled for 25 April and the grand final for 16 May.
The competition is organised by the Midlands Association of Chefs and sponsored by Midlands-based meat supplier Aubrey Allen.
