Name chosen for Hartnett's venture at Connaught

The latest addition to the Gordon Ramsay restaurant group is to be named Angela Hartnett's Menu at the Connaught.
The restaurant, which has a 70-seat dining room and a 30-seat grill room, is a joint venture between Ramsay and chef-patron Angela Hartnett, but the Ramsay name will not be in evidence above the door or on the menus.
The restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and is due to open on 2 October. Hartnett previously worked for Ramsay at the Hilton Dubai Creek.
