Jamie Barber and Geoffrey Moore, owners of London restaurants Hush and Shumi, plan to open a third flagship restaurant this year and to introduce a new midmarket concept to be rolled out across the capital.
Barber said that the third restaurant would be different from Steamroller Restaurants' first two ventures but would be less radical than Shumi. No site has yet been established.
