A notable feature of a new Mini Chef Table introduced by a Pland is the central position of the recessed waste chute, suiting left and right-handed operators. Measuring 1200 mm long x 600mm deep x 900mm high, the table takes a standard cutting board and suits preparation of pizza, sandwiches and other rapid preparation tasks. The table is fabricated in 304 grade stainless steel.
An angled gantry takes standard size Gastronorm containers and space is provided for trays in the base section, which is mounted on heavy duty castors. Price: £490.
