On the platter

Save time and effort making sandwiches from scratch for the buffet with the new Buffet Sandwich Platter from Brake Bros.
These ready-prepared sandwiches are available in a mixed tray of four varieties, cut into 20 quarter triangles and arranged alternately on a specially designed platter.
Varieties include Prawn Mayonnaise in Oatmeal Bread, Egg Mayonnaise on Wheatgerm Bread and both Chicken and Stuffing and Tuna and Sweetcorn on White Bread.
Simply place the platter upopened in the fridge, thaw overnight and garnish with salad prior to serving.
Once refrigerated, the sandwiches will remain fresh for up to two days.
A pack of two 828g sandwich platters costs £19.20 (£9.20 each).
