Will you be eating pancakes on Tuesday?
If someone was to make them for me, then maybe I would - I'll be at work that day. For me, pancakes are best eaten simple, with sugar and fresh lemon juice, no chocolate or anything from a plastic bottle.
Jacques Carlino, restaurant manager, the Square, London
I'm French, so I will go for crêpes. They are very popular in France throughout the year. Chocolate and banana is a good combination, with a lot of calories, to be eaten just once a year. In France we also eat them with eggs and ham.
Catherine Blanc, reception manager, Bleeding Heart restaurant, London
Hopefully, yes. If I'm making them at home, it will be with lemon and sugar - just like when I was little. I would eat 10 or 15 in a row, and I'm planning to do the same this year to reminisce on the good old days.
Florence Fowler, restaurant manager, Anchor & Hope, London
I'm taking my three children to go pancake racing in the local church, but then I'll be making smoked mackerel, cheesy sauce and white wine pancakes with a Parmesan topping for the grown-ups.
