SAMANTHA ANNANDALE has become bar manager at Ashdown Park hotel in Wych Cross, East Sussex. She was a food and beverage manager for the Protea hotel group in Cape Town, South Africa.

GEORGIE CURRY has retired after 30 years as managing director of the Ripon Spa hotel in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

NIGEL PARKIN has been appointed deputy manager of the St Pierre Park hotel in Guernsey. He was food and beverage manager of the Hotel L'Horizon in Jersey.

DAVID DUNLOP is joining brewer Jennings Brothers as operations manager. He leaves Bass Leisure Retail where he spent five years in the operational development of brands such as Harvester and Vintage Inns.

DINO MATSAS has been appointed assistant general manager of food and beverage at the Radisson Cable Beach Resort in Nassau, the Bahamas. He was director of food and beverage at the Wyndham Morgan Bay Resort in St Lucia.

PAUL MEIKLE-JANNEY has moved from his post as cuisine manager at Kirklees Metropolitan Council to managing director of espresso bar group Coopers The Coffee Community.

SIMON WILLETTS has joined the Millennium Britannia Mayfair in London as director of meetings and events. He was deputy director of conference and banqueting at the Grosvenor House hotel in London.

WILLI KOLLMANN has left his post as general manager of the Renaissance Harbour View hotel in Hong Kong, to become director of hotel development and operations for developer New World China Land in Hong Kong.
