The Ciborio Pizza System provides a complete range of specialist equipment for creating authentic Italian pizza, from dough preparation to final baking plus serving accessories. Preparation equipment includes spiral pastry mixers in 10, 20, 30 and 50 kg versions, all with one or two speeds, from £2,000 to £4,875 plus pizza base formers from 33 to 45 cm diameter and dough dividers and rounders. Electric deck ovens are available in three series: the MF with firebrick bases in single and double deck versions, from £910, the larger Modular series from £2,630 and a three chamber electronic oven from £10,480.
