Pig out this summer

The British Pig Executive (BPEX) is offering hog roast promotional kits, aimed particularly at the pub sector, in time for National BBQ Week (31 May-6 June). The kits contain posters, menu inserts and banners, as well as information on how to source a pig, prepare, cook and serve it. BPEX says the hog roast is easy to prepare and can drive profits in the summer weather, and can serve more than 100 people from a pig weighing 90lb.
