Pork Quality Assurance Scheme

An independently audited Quality Assurance scheme for pigmeat has been launched by British Meat this month and includes a new Mark for the scheme.

Presentations will be made to major catering organisations about the scheme and this will be followed by the launch of the British Meat Standard for Quality Assured Pigmeat to consumers.
