Ian Baverstock is the new owner of the 53-bedroom Commodore Hotel in Llandrindod Wells, Powys, Wales. Baverstock, who paid around £600,000 for the Commodore, previously owned the Castlemere Hotel in Broadstairs, Kent. Property agent Robert Barry & Co acted for vendor Ian Watkins.
