The Restaurant Association is recruiting regional managers in a bid to expand its coverage of the UK and increase its membership.
The association has 1,030 members in the North, East Anglia and the Home Counties.
Next month Chris Chapman, chief executive of Catering Recruitment and Consultancy (CRC) in Honiton, Devon, will become regional manager for the South-west. He will continue to run CRC.
Lloyd Addison is retiring after two years as East Anglia's regional secretary.
David Harrold, Home Counties regional manager, will take on East Anglia in the newly created East of England region.
