THE Swaledale Cheese Company has developed a new cheese for lovers called Lindisfarne Mead Cheese, made from a secret recipe including Swaledale cows' milk and Lindisfarne Mead, known for its aphrodisiac qualities! The mead, produced at St Aidans Winery on Holy Island, is strongly recommended for honeymoon couples.

The result is a mild creamy cheese with a slightly sweet honey flavour.

Available in several sizes including 454g and 227g sizes.

Other cheeses include Swaledale Cows', Ewes' and Goats' milk cheeses.
