By crossing the French baguette with the Italian ciabatta Bakehouse has created Rusticata, a new bread with a stone-baked appearance. The dough incorporates extra virgin olive oil and semolina flour and produces a crisp golden crust with a soft open-textured centre. Available in plain, Parmesan or green olive 300g baguettes; 200g demi-baguettes and 120g rolls, Rusticata is supplied frozen and can be baked off in 12 minutes.
