Marwell Hotel and Conference Centre in Winchester, Hampshire, a 68-bedroom hotel styled like a safari lodge and sited next to Marwell Zoo, has changed hands for about £4m. Agent Edward Symmons Hotel & Leisure has acquired the property for private investors who have taken on Furlong Hotels to manage, refurbish and upgrade the three-star property.
