Santa Fe set to double

The Santa Fe restaurant chain, which offers south-western US cuisine, is to double in size by opening a further four restaurants, starting with a 100-seat bar and restaurant in Milton Keynes.
Later this summer, an 86-seat restaurant will open within the Gunwharf Quays development in Portsmouth, followed by one of 90 seats in the Cornerhouse development in Nottingham.
The company's eighth restaurant is due to open in Brighton in the autumn.
