Watson & Philip has launched a fruit coulis made with 90% fruit and no added preservative or colouring under the Cairns & Brown label. Connoisseur Coulis comes in three flavours: mango, blackcurrant and raspberry. In addition to being a topping for cold desserts, the coulis can also be a base for smoothies and in cocktails. Packaging is in one-litre cartons with six cartons per box.
The price is £3.86 a litre
