Speciality food supplier Cottage Delight has extended its Chocolart range of hand-finished chocolates to the catering and food service sector. The products are made in the UK, and contain between 55% and 70% cocoa solids. The range includes Rose and Violet Creams, Cappuccino and Champagne Truffles, and chocolate novelties.
Flavours tend towards fruit or alcohol. According to marketing manager Lesley Parr, the range is suitable for corporate functions, or as gifts in exclusive hotels.
