Soft cheese made simple

GERMAN producer Novo Foods Ltd has launched a new collection of pre-portioned soft cheeses in 15g triangular shapes.
Spice it up with Jalepeno cream cheese with Mexican spices, garnished with red pepper and parsley or for something entirely different, there's Melba - cream cheese with peach chunks, garnished with sliced roasted almonds.
Breaded Mozzarella sticks, under the Alpenhain brand, are just some of the products on offer from Golden Acre Dairy Foods, as well as Exquisa fresh cheeses and semi-hard and hard cheeses from the Frischpack brand.
Adore yogurt from Ehrmann is a combination of yogurt and chocolate flakes. Available in 150g cartons in Strawberry, Stacciatella (based on an Italian ice cream recipe) Orange and Cherry.
