Taking the taste to the table

The Woodside Coolcart trolley is designed to keep desserts and other cold foods fresh and appetising for up to three hours, while retaining full mobility within the restaurant. Its capabilities rely on slide-out eutectic plates which are held overnight in a freezer prior to inserting beneath the food storage area.

The trolley sides are enclosed in Perspex with sliding doors to one side and a hinged-lid patisserie showcase on the top tier.

The solid mahogany frame holds three shelves which are ‘crown-cut' and then finished in walnut. Other finishes available include light beech, maple, ash, black ash, dark oak and cherry.
