If pasta is on the menu, then you might want to know about the two new pasta boilers in Lincat's Silverlink 600 range. There are two models, both constructed from high-sheen Superbrush stainless steel in a seamless design to aid hygiene. The single-tank model PB33 will cook 5kg of pasta per hour while the twin-tank PB66 can produce double that amount. Stainless steel lids are provided as standard for covering the tanks when not in use and reducing heat-up times. Various sizes of corrosion-free baskets are optional accessories.
