CUT from fresh whole potatoes, the Frier's Choice, 923, chip from McCain has been developed to match the taste and appearance of a traditional fish and chip shop chip.
It has a chilled shelf life of 21 days from date to manufacture. Other key chip products from McCain include Shoestring, 924, a long, slim fast food fry; French Fries - straight cut 3/8 and 7/16, 925; Freeze Chill chips, which can be stored frozen and cooked from either, in 11mm and 14mm cuts.
Sour Cream and Chive Skinny Wedges, 926, are the latest in the Southern Fries range of coated potato products.
