Time to change

Brake Bros has introduced a new multi-portion range of products for school meals. It includes five dishes:

Pasta, Tuna Bake - flaked tuna and pasta shells are blended together in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with a vegetarian cheese and pre-browned. Each box contains 2 x 1.36kg trays and is priced at £13.60.

Country Cobbler - a tomato and onion sauce, filled with minced mutton and topped with eight savoury scones for easy portion control. Each box contains 2 x 1.36kg trays and is priced at £18.10.

Herby Sausage Crumble - a layer of mashed potato and crunchy paprika crumb gives way to a combination of Lincolnshire sausage-meat, tomato, apple and cheddar cheese. Each box contains 2 x 1.36kg trays and is priced at £14.70.

Corned Beef Pie - each pie contains diced corned beef, chunky potato, baked beans and onions, topped with a shortcrust pastry. Each box contains 2 x 1.36kg trays and is priced at £15.10.

Pork Sausages in Barbecue Sauce - each dish contains 36 Lincolnshire cocktail sausages and onions in a barbecue sauce. Each box contains 2 x 1.36kg trays and is priced at £16.95.

The range has been specially designed for school meals and comes in a new 1/3 gastronorm foil packaging.
