Twice as much meat

Cherry Valley has doubled the meat content of its Peking Duck Kit. They now comprise 140g (5oz) of fully cooked duck, six No Choi pancakes and two portions of hoi sin sauce - 50 per cent extra meat per portion. Serve with sliced onions and cucumber, it provides a fun way for your customers to make their own pancake rolls.
