Volt plugs into Grosvenor Place

The last property at high-profile office development 40 Grosvenor Place, London, has been taken by the city's only one-Michelin-starred Lebanese restaurant, Noura.

The unit will be transformed into a new bar and 120-cover restaurant called Volt.

Set to open this autumn, Volt will sit between the Mango Tree and Noura but will be run entirely independently from the restaurant.

The 3,000sq ft property has a rising rent averaging £81,500. Property and letting agent Davis Coffer Lyons negotiated the deal.
