Water, water everywhere!

Low water consumption is a key feature of the Foster range of seven ice cubers and two ice and flakers, with production of a one kg of ice requiring as little as 5 litres of water. External styling was revamped last year, making machines better suited to front-of-house location.
All external surfaces are made of 304 grade stainless steel. Hygiene is further encouraged with the use of moulded food safe plastic for all ice storage areas and cove corners on storage bins. Foster produces a free "Blue Paper" on good practice when handling and serving ice.
