For the gourmet coffee market, TSI has introduced a set of coffee shakers for sprinkling dried flavourings.
The shakers are available in glass with stainless steel tops or in stainless steel embossed with the names of flavourings - cinnamon, cocoa, nutmeg or vanilla.
Two types of rack are available for the shakers - behind-the-counter racks for staff use, and racks for customers' own use at tables or service points.

HAM IT UP
Several new cured ham and sausage products have been imported from Spain by Gourmet Foods. The four hams, jamón Ibérica bellota and paleta Ibérica bellota, which are both Gran Reserva products, jamón serrano bodega and jamón a¤ejoare, are sold bone-in or de-boned and are from acorn-fed Iberian pigs.
The cured sausages come in three varieties: lomo Ibérica; chorizo; and salchichón.

Westler Foods has introduced two new varieties to its range of canned ready meals - Chili No Carne and Thai Chicken Curry.
Chili No Carne contains vegetarian mince in a tomato and chilli sauce with kidney beans. Thai Chicken Curry is a creamy curry dish with chicken and potato pieces.
Each dish is pre-cooked and available in 3lb cans. They can be reheated using a microwave or conventional oven.
