Sushi from Brake Bros
Sushi is a popular item both as a restaurant starter or finger buffet item, but it is not easy to make and get the authentic Japanese flavour and look. Brake Bros has made life easier by introducing three varieties of sushi. The rice is flavoured with horseradish and mustard and the fillings and toppings are smoked salmon, prawn and nori weed and tomato and prawn chumaki, which is a weed roll filled with omelette and prawn. The sushi comes in mixed cases of 36 and includes 12 small bottles of soy sauce.
