Widened options in counters

THE focus of the Sheffield-based Advanced counter making operation has been extended beyond the cost sector to provide modular systems with bespoke options for virtually all types of catering operation.
The new Advanced Solutions system announced by Enodis in May includes fan assisted hot cupboards, slide out refrigeration compressors, hot gas defrost and high limit thermostats as standard features .
Principal units available include Ceran hot tops, refrigerated dole wells, bain-maries and multitiered display units, all available in sizes from 900 to 1800mm and manufactured in 304 grade stainless steel. Cladding options range from traditional themes such as Terracotta to Poppy Red and Aztec yellow.
