Cafe to let – City of London Cemetery & Crematorium

The City Corporation is offering a unique opportunity for a dynamic and forward thinking catering operator to lease and operate the Gatehouse Café at the City of London Cemetery and Crematorium which receives approximately one million visitors per annum. The café is an established business that has been trading for more than ten years. The current lease expires in March 2016. A three year lease is offered that is expected to commence in April 2016.
