Wembley Hilton on sale for £95m

The 361-bedroom Hilton London Wembley has been put on the market for £95m by Oaktree Capital Management.

The US private equity firm has instructed CBRE to market the hotel, which it took full ownership of in May this year.

Oaktree Capital Management originally bought a 50% stake for £30m in 2013 and paid another £40m for the remaining interest this year. It bought out joint venture partner Quintain Estates & Development.

The hotel includes the 280-seat Association restaurant with views of Wembley Stadium, as well as the Icons Bar and the 150-cover Sky Bar 9.

It also offers meeting and banqueting space including the grand ballroom for up to 900 guests with its own private terrace.
