Tender: Avenue House Estate in Finchley North London

Avenue House Estate Trust invites Expressions of Interest from organisations and individuals interested in providing public catering services at Avenue House Estate in Finchley North London.

Avenue House is currently embarking on an ambitious and exciting project to rejuvenate the gardens and visitor facilities at Avenue House with the assistance of a grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. Part of this project includes proposals to convert the existing Stables into a Café/Restaurant (approx 148sqm with potential for additional Al Fresco dining area) that will be adjacent to the newly developed visitor and education centre. Additionally there is the opportunity to develop a currently redundant building at the top of the gardens (approx 16 sq m with the potential to extend slightly and to include an accessible toilet) adjacent to the children's playground into a thriving Kiosk serving drinks and refreshments.

The Trust is open to expressions of interest jointly or severally for the 2 locations. Interested parties will need to show the level of investment they would be prepared to make into the fitting out of the facilities and give indications as to the return they would be prepared to make to the Trust for the opportunity to run the facilities.

Please note that Avenue House Estate Trust will not be paying the successful bidder for the service; the successful bidder will be required to make payments to Avenue House Estate Trust for the benefit of the concession.
