University of Greenwich is undertaking an informal approach to market, engaging with interested experienced and successful potential catering partners, to assist in informing the future management approach for quality retail catering, dining, hospitality, events and summer schools across two campuses.
Structured informal one-to-one discussions will be held with potential catering partners interested in informing the future management approach for catering at the University.
The catering outlets are located across two locations – the Greenwich Campus (Old Royal Naval College and Stockwell Street building) and Medway (historic Chatham Maritime in Kent). The University may also consider separating the contract if it achieves the key objective, optimising quality and consistency while achieving value for money.
Meetings are likely to be held remotely via video conference.
