Devin Grosse appointed chief executive of Focus Hotels

Focus Hotels Management Ltd has appointed Devin Grosse as chief executive.

Grosse was previously vice president of operations at Aimbridge Hospitality for ten years, where he supported the group's growth from 13 hotels to over 70, as well as building relationships with owners, banks, asset managers, developers and investors.

He spent his early career in country house hotels before moving onto Forte hotels and IHG corporate, where he covered over 100 properties across the UK.

In his new role, Grosse will be responsible for the development of the brand into a leading ‘white label' management company.

He said: "I am thrilled to be joining Focus. I look forward to working with the Focus leadership team to support the future growth of the company and will be focussing on supporting the hotel teams to drive exceptional quality, revenues, and ultimately deliver the best possible returns for our owners."

Peter Cashman, chairman of Focus, added: "We are delighted that Devin is joining us to add strength and expertise to our already strong management team and underlining our commitment to the long-term successful development of the company."
