- !](#)Ingredients 1 litre water Juice of 1 lemon 100g Billington's golden granulated sugar 1g citric acid 8 Earl Grey tea bags 4 Darjeeling tea bags 6 Green tea bags 5g Iota Carrageenan Method Bring the water, lemon and sugar to the boil. Allow to cool, add citric acid and tea bags and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain, bring back to the boil and hand-blend in the Carrageenan. Pass through a chinois. Store in a plastic, air-tight container.
