A taste of China planned for Stoneleigh

Stoneleigh Hotel has sold for a price in the region of £1.25m to Linton Leung from Doncaster. Leung, who bough the Victorian, three-storey detached property from Colin McGurran, plans to open a Chinese restaurant within the three-star hotel. The property features 30 en-suite letting rooms, a bar and 140-seat dining area, plus a private dining/meeting room and three function rooms. Agent was Christie and Co.
