Chocolatier Damian Allsop has teamed up with the Wyndham Grand London Chelsea Harbour as he launches Eat London, a new collection of chocolate bars to celebrate London's rich cultural mix.
Allsop will be launching an afternoon tea at the hotel on 1 June, inspired by the bars - featuring coffee and banana crunch for Brixton and ginger with peanut and soy for China Town.
A week later on 9 June, he will hold a two-hour masterclass at the hotel in which he will share his passion for "cH2Ocolate magic", where he uses English spring water in place of cream and butter to give chocolate its purest flavour.
