The inn, which sold for £390,000, also features a lounge/bar with 20 covers, and a main bar leading to a skittle alley and function room with 50 covers. Owner's accommodation includes two living areas, the first has three bedrooms, a lounge and bathroom; the second an open-plan lounge/diner, galley kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
