Focus Hotels confirms two new management contracts

Hotel management company Focus Hotels has taken over the operation of Hampton by Hilton Bristol City Centre (pictured) and the Sketchley Grange hotel & spa in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The 186-bedroom Hampton By Hilton is a recently opened new-build hotel owned by the McGrath Group, while the 96-bedroom Sketchley Grange has been acquired by Ampthill Investments, owned by Focus Hotels chief executive Peter Cashman, his family and associates.

Sketchley Grange was previously manged by Then Hospitality.

Founded in 2007, Focus Hotels today manages 21 three- and four-star hotels under AccorHotels' Mercure and Ibis Styles and Hilton Worldwide's DoubleTree by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton brands, as well as independent properties such at the Royal Victoria in Snowdonia and Tewkesbury Park hotel.
