Just Opened – Sleeperz hotel, Newcastle

Budget hotel group Sleeperz has opened this new property in Newcastle, its second after Cardiff. The hotel has been built on the site of a former derelict Parcel Works and is the first premium budget design-led hotel in the North East's capital.

Facilities include a lounge bar and coffee bar as well as a restaurant focused on high quality breakfasts, with lunch and dinner comprising simple classics including burgers, curries and sandwiches. There is a meeting room catering for up 12 delegates. Rooms have a wet room with under-floor heating, and include free Wi-Fi access.
