London Town Hotels has announced plans to open a £4m boutique hotel in Paddington in west London.
The four-star Paddington Park hotel, which is scheduled to open next spring, will comprise an 85-room property located near Paddington station and Heathrow Express.
The hotel will include a restaurant and hotel bar as well as a fitness centre and business facilities including meeting rooms to accommodate up to 30 people.
Interiors will be designed by Douglas Wallace and feature a contrast of dark woods, open spaces and frosted glass panelling.
Rooms will feature large LCD flat-screen televisions, as well as Wi-Fi access and on-demand movies.
Koolesh Shah, managing director of London Town Hotels, said: "Consumers are becoming more sophisticated and are looking for a unique aesthetic experience with attentive service, individual style and the personal touch.
"We aim to capture the imagination of our guests and offer them all of this in a great location."
