Scarborough hotel has new owners
The Redcliffe Hotel in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, has been sold through agent Colliers Robert Barry.
The Redcliffe is situated on Scarborough's South Cliff and has 11 en-suite letting bedrooms, a small conference room, residents' breakfast room and a bar and lounge.
The new owners are Brian and Ann Bean who have experience in running pubs, inns and latterly hotels, most recently at the Hickman Hill Hotel at Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
The hotel was sold for an undisclosed sum off an asking price of £495,000.
